Assessment and Therapy costs £200.00 per 60 minute session.
Sessions are usually once a week at the same day and time of the week. However, some people prefer fortnightly sessions or more flexible times to help spread the cost or to fit with their lives.

The first stage
We will meet to discuss what you want and what might be the most helpful way forward.
We will develop a joint understanding of your difficulties and what might be maintaining them. When we have a shared understanding, we will discuss the most helpful way/s to work towards positive change. During this first stage I will ask you to pay for each session at the time of our meeting using cash or card.
If we decide together to go ahead with CAT therapy, then we will agree a total number of sessions for therapy. The number of sessions varies for different people and is usually between 16 and 24 sessions. I also offer follow up sessions and sometimes, due to new unexpected events, someone requests a small number of top up sessions following on from therapy.
What does the fee cover?
The fees for therapy, supervision, reflective practice, coaching and mentoring cover:
Your session and the hidden elements
As well as your sessions, the fee also includes preparation, my supervision and development of tools for sessions (such as for therapy, a goodbye letter).
If required, there are additional fees for reports or letters such as those not developed for therapy purposes (for example if you request a report for your employer or GP).
For example, Indemnity insurance, professional registration with Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), membership of professional bodies such as The British Psychological Society (BPS) and Association of Cognitive Analytic Therapy (ACAT).
Professional Development and Well-being
I ensure that I continue to develop professionally through training, various continuing professional development activities, supervision and coaching. It is also important to look after myself by living a healthy lifestyle so that I continue to bring commitment, energy and focus to my work. I see a small number of clients so that I can continue to offer my best to every individual.
